China, Time Zones and Communism
Otto wanted to know what the time was in China. We decided we’d check the time in the capital city. He couldn’t remember the capital so we looked it up.
Ah ha it’s Beijing and the time was a mere 3 hours behind us.
We then decided to test what we learnt the other week about there being one time zone in China. And yes there is. It’s called China Standard Time.
We read on about why it came about.
This led to a short discussion about Communism.
