How Much Was the Viking
The boys and I decided to figure out how much Nana paid (in Australian dollars) for the vikings she bought them. The label tells us it was Kr55 which we figured out was Danish Krone by the Made in Denmark label.
We then converted the Krone into Australian dollars using a currency converter. The result: AUD$12.02.
Finally we looked at where Denmark is on a map in relation to Australia and discussed how countries have different currencies.
