Proposed Cultural & Civic Centre
There’s been quite a lot of controversy regarding the the proposed new Cultural & Civic Centre in Coffs Harbour, both the location and the building itself. Atticus and I decided we should check out the location and the plans for ourselves.
This opened up a conversation about how projects like this come about, who gives approval for it to go headland what happens if many in the community aren’t happy with the proposal.
